diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
Meseci pred zaključkom študija so stresni. Potrebno je opraviti še zadnji izpit, izbrati temo diplomske naloge, napisati dispozicijo in diplomsko nalogo ter jo tudi uspešno zagovarjati. In če smo že v stresu, smo se odločili, da bomo tudi pisali o stresu, ki ga kot mehanizem preživetja že tisočletja prenašamo iz roda v rod, saj nam omogoča, da se ustrezno in učinkovito prilagajamo spremembam. Je preprosto naraven del nas. In imamo tudi moč, da ta mehanizem obvladujemo.
V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili Osnovne šole na Notranjskem, na kakšen način se tam zaposlene učiteljice in učitelji vsakodnevno srečujejo s stresnimi situacijami in kako v teh situacijah reagirajo. Pri opravljanju določenih del v eni šoli, v enem razredu so zaposleni izpostavljeni enim vrstam stresnih obremenitev, drugod pa so soočeni z drugačnimi, manj stresnimi elementi. V delovnem okolju lahko povzročajo stres pri zaposlenih različni dejavniki. Napake in napačne odločitve, ki jih delajo zaposleni pod vplivom stresa, stanejo mnogo več kot sama bolezen; zato je potrebno dobro razmisliti, kaj nam povzroča stres, kaj lahko naredimo, da preprečimo stres in kako se soočiti z njim, ko se pojavi. Znanstveni dosežki nam dandanes že omogočajo, da z ohranjenim nadzorom nad lastnimi odzivi uravnavamo negativne posledice stresa in ohranjamo vse pozitivne stresne spodbujevalce.
Poleg opisa osnovnih šol in stresa na splošno, smo predstavili tudi dve anketi, ki smo ju opravili med zaposlenimi na osnovnih šolah, rezultate pa podkrepili s tabelami in grafi. Prvi je anketni vprašalnik o stresu na delovnem mestu, drugi pa o organizacijski klimi in zadovoljstvu zaposlenih v podjetju. Slednjega bomo primerjali s povprečjem zadovoljstva zaposlenih v preko 600 slovenskih in hrvaških podjetjih ter nenazadnje skušali izluščiti vzroke za nastanek stresa pri učiteljih na osnovnih šolah.
Za zaključek pa smo našteli še učinke raziskovalnega dela in možnosti za nadaljnje še uspešnejše premagovanje tega družbenega zla.

SUMMARY
Months before the end of the study are stressful. It is necessary to carry out the final exam, choose a theme thesis, write disposition and thesis and also successfully defend it well. And if we're in stress, we decided that we will also write about it, which we has already transmitted from generation to generation as a mechanism for the survival of the millennium, and it allows us to properly and effectively adjust to change. It's simply a natural part of us. And we also have the power to controlled mechanism.
In the thesis we will present the primary Schools of Notranjska, how the employed teachers there are confronted with daily stress situations, and how they react in these situations. In carrying out certain works in one school, one class the employees are exposed to one kind of stress load, in the other schools they are faced with different stressful elements. In working environment a variety of factors can cause stress in employees. Mistakes and wrong decisions taken by employees working under the influence of stress, costing much more than the disease itself; it is good to consider what we can do to avoid stress and to cope with it when it occurs. Scientific achievements are already available to us today, that we edit negative effects of stress with conserved control of their own responses and keep all the positive stress enhancers.
In addition to the description of elementary schools and stress in general, we will present two surveys we conducted among staff at the elementary schools, the results reinforced with the tables and graphs. The first is a survey questionnaire on stress in the workplace, and the other on the organizational climate and satisfaction of employees in the company. The last one we will compare with the average satisfaction of employees in over 400 Slovenian and Croatian companies and finally attempted to identify the causes for the emergence of stress in primary schools.
For the closure we still listed the effects of research and the potential for further more successful overcome this social evil. |
