Abstract

Zaradi sodelovanja Slovenske vojske v Večnacionalnem centru za letalsko usposabljanje za podporo specialnim silam se je pojavila potreba po novih helikopterjih. Zato je na podlagi Special Operation Air Task Unit predpisanih standardov za transport potrebno ugotoviti, kateri helikopter bi najbolj ustrezal takšnim nalogam. SOATU predpisani standard transportnih nalog je prevoz 10 polno oboroženih pripadnikov specialnih enot vsaj 250 NM. Na podlagi tega smo določili 5 večnamenskih helikopterjev in jih analizirali, da bi ugotovili, ali zadoščajo minimalnim kriterijem. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen SOATU in njegove naloge, nato pa se osredotočimo na primerjavo helikopterjev evropske, ameriške in ruske izdelave. Prikazana je primernost posameznega helikopterja in izbira najboljšega glede na obrambni proračun in velikost teritorija določene države članice NATO.

Secondary title: Comparison of multi-purpose helicopters for SOATU needs
Secondary abstract: Due to the participation of the Slovenian Armed Forces in the Multinational Aviation Training Center to support special forces, the need for new helicopters arose. Therefore, on the basis of SOATU prescribed transport standards, it is necessary to determine which helicopter would be most suitable for such tasks. The standard of transport tasks prescribed by SOATU is the transport of 10 fully armed members of special units at least 250 NM. Based on this, we identified 5 multi-role helicopters and analyzed them to determine whether they met the minimum criteria. In the diploma thesis, SOATU and its assignments are presented, and then we focus on the comparison of helicopters of European, American and Russian production. The suitability of an individual helicopter and the selection of the best one according to the defense budget and the size of the territory of a certain NATO member state are shown.
