Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo se osredotočili na rekonstrukcijo objekta »Grafonževa domačija«, za katero bo investitor pridobil projektno dokumentacijo, ki bo ustrezala za preureditev objekta v počitniške namene. V uvodu diplomskega dela smo predstavili razlog za rekonstrukcijo obstoječega objekta. Analizirali smo trenutno stanje objekta, ki zajema napake in pomanjkljivosti ter poiskali vzroke le-teh, kar služi kot podlaga za izbiro sanacijskih ukrepov. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili predlog preureditve objekta, ki bo odpravil analizirane pomanjkljivosti in bo investitorju služil v počitniške namene. Priloge diplomskega dela zajemajo načrte obstoječega stanja in načrte preurejenega objekta, ki so potrebni za preureditev.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we focus on reconstruction of the real estate Grafonž Homestead for which the investor will acquire the project documentation appropriate for the redevelopment of this real estate for holiday purposes. In the introduction, we present the reason for the reconstruction of the existent real estate. We analyse the current state of the real estate, including its flaws and shortcomings, and establish the causes of those. That analysis serves as the basis for choosing the measures for the reconstruction. In the remaining part, we present a suggestion for redevelopment of the real estate that will deal with the shortcomings and serve the investor for holiday purposes.
