Abstract

Glavni namen magistrskega dela je analiza učnih načrtov za drugo vzgojno-izobraževalno obdobje in razvoj ter priprava primerov učnih priprav, ki bodo medpredmetno celostno povezovale zdrav življenjski slog. Na podlagi tega smo raziskali aktualno literaturo s področja življenjskega sloga, analizirali raziskave, projekte in programe, ki so jih v šolski sistem vpeljali z namenom preverjanja in izboljšanja življenjskega sloga, nato smo analizirali učne načrte za 4. in 5. razred osnovne šole. Ugotovili smo, da so vsebine življenjskega sloga v učnih načrtih razdeljene med več različnih šolskih predmetov, da učiteljev ne spodbujajo k celostni obravnavi življenjskega sloga, da v njih niso vključeni cilji s področja spanja in počitka, čeprav ti vedenji spadata med ključna vedenja, ki vplivajo na oblikovanje življenjskega sloga, prav tako tudi, da v učnih načrtih ni predvidena celostna obravnava življenjskega sloga. Na podlagi dobljenih spoznanj smo nato oblikovali šest primerov učnih priprav za 4. in 5. razred osnovne šole v obliki medpredmetnih povezav, kjer smo povezali učne cilje in vsebine s področja gibanja, prehrane, ustne higiene in duševnega zdravja s šestimi šolskimi predmeti; to so šport, naravoslovje in tehnika, družba, glasbena umetnost, slovenščina in matematika. Učne priprave sestavljajo konkretne dejavnosti, ki jih učitelj lahko uporabi pri obravnavi življenjskega sloga.

Secondary title: A comprehensive study of a healthy lifestyle in the second educational period
Secondary abstract: The main purpose of this thesis is the analysis of curricula for the second educational period, as well as development and preparation of examples of lesson plans that holistically integrate a healthy lifestyle in a cross-curricular way. We researched current literature in the field of lifestyle, analyzed researches, projects, and programs that were introduced into the educational system in order to check and improve lifestyle. We then analyzed the curricula for the 4th and the 5th grades of primary school. We found that the content of lifestyle in the curriculum is divided between several different school subjects. The curriculum does not encourage teachers to comprehensively address the topic of lifestyle and it does not include goals in the field of sleep and rest, although these are among key behaviors that affect the formation of a lifestyle. Furthermore, the curriculum does not provide a holistic approach to lifestyle. Based on findings, we designed six examples of lesson plans for the 4th and the 5th grades of primary school in the form of interdisciplinary links, where we linked learning objectives and content in the fields of movement, nutrition, oral hygiene, and mental health with six school subjects: sports, science and technology, society, music, Slovene, and mathematics. Lesson plans consist of concrete activities that the teacher can use when dealing with the topic of lifestyle.
