Abstract

Rezultati meritev vertikalnih pomikov s terestričnim laserskim skenerjem in robotizirano totalno postajo so ovrednoteni in primerjani s pomiki iz statične analize.

Secondary title: Application of terrestrial laser scanning to measure vertical displacements
Secondary abstract: Engineering geodesy is an indispensable part of any construction project. Terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) is increasingly used for efficient and time-saving engineering surveying. The master thesis deals with the technology of terrestrial laser scanning, its methods, the basics of distance measurement and the main quality characteristics of terrestrial laser scanners. It also defines and describes the process of TLS surveying technique. As a result of terrestrial laser scanning, a dense point cloud of the surveyed objects is generated. The collected point cloud is the basis for further software processing, such as registration, georeferencing, filtering, noise cancellation, mesh generation, surface modelling and data analysis with interpretation. In the experimental part of the work, the main objective is to perform vertical displacements analysis of timber beams, which includes surveying, i.e. displacement measurement, and point cloud processing with Cyclone REGISTER 360 and Cyclone 3DR. Based on the results of 3D laser scanning with Leica RTC360LT and classical terrestrial survey with Leica Nova TS50, the vertical displacements were evaluated and compared with the displacements from static analysis.
