Abstract

Magistrsko delo podrobno opisuje področje dela RFID-tehnologije, ki služi lokalizaciji v pametnih tovarnah in temelji na širjenju radijskih valov. Preizkušena je bila industrijska oprema proizvajalcev SIEMENS in SICK. Rezultati so pokazali, da je za zanesljivo detekcijo v zahtevnih okoljih bolje uporabiti ustrezne oznake in opremo, ki deluje na UHF-območju. Narejen je bil model sektorske lokalizacije za implementacijo v zahtevna industrijska okolja. Osnova modela je bil RFID-portal, model pa je temeljil na principu porazdelitve RFID-portala po celotnem območju tovarne. RFID-portal je bil uspešno preizkušen in izvedljiv. Rezultati v prisotnosti več oznak hkrati so bili zanesljivi, kar je bila temeljna zahteva za izvedbeni model.

Secondary abstract: This master's thesis describes in detail the field of work of RFID technology that serves to locate in smart factories, and is based on the propagation of radio waves. Industrial equipment from SIEMENS and SICK was tested. The results showed that for reliable detection in harsh environments, it is better to use appropriate labels and equipment operating in the UHF range. A sectoral localization model was made for implementation in harsh industrial environments. The basis of the model was an RFID portal, and the model was based on the principle of distribution of the RFID portal over the entire factory area. The RFID portal has been successfully tested and implemented. The results in the presence of several labels at the same time were reliable, which was a fundamental requirement for the implementation model.
