Abstract

Za ohranitev konkurenčnosti podjetja je potreben nenehen razvoj novih izdelkov in optimizacija stroškov izdelave izdelkov. S tem so v razvojne in proizvodne procese ter same izdelke uvedene spremembe, ki prinašajo tveganje za kakovost in zanesljivost izdelkov na trgu. Zanesljivost pralnih strojev pa je eno ključnih pričakovanj kupcev. Diplomsko delo obravnava zanesljivost pralnih strojev na trgu in funkcijsko preizkušanje pralnih strojev v fazi razvoja, proizvodnje in kontrole po izdelavi. Predstavljena so možna izboljšanja funkcijskega preizkušanja in delno uporabljena v Laboratoriju zanesljivosti. Rezultati funkcijskega preizkušanja v Laboratoriju zanesljivosti so primerjani s podatki o servisiranju pralnih strojev na trgu, kjer je bilo ugotovljeno, da je smiselno podaljšati čas preizkušanja in s tem povečati možnost odkritja napak. Napake, ugotovljene med preizkušanjem, pa imajo različno težo oziroma bodo na trgu različno vplivale na uporabnike. Za boljše ovrednotenje napak, odkritih med preizkušanjem, je predstavljena matrika za določitev teže posamezne napake, kar bistveno izboljša nadaljnje odločitve.

Secondary title: Functional testing of washing machines to ensure reliability on market
Secondary abstract: In order to maintain the company's competitiveness, it is necessary to constantly develop new products and optimize product production costs. This introduces changes into the development and production processes, as well as the products themselves, which bring risk to the quality of products and their reliability on the market. In the case of washing machines, reliability is one of the key expectations of customers. The diploma work deals with the reliability of washing machines on the market and functional testing of washing machines in the phase of development, production and control after production. Possible improvements in functional testing are presented and partially used in the Reliability Laboratory. The results of the functional testing in the Reliability Laboratory are compared with the data from servicing washing machines on the market. By comparing the data, it is found that it makes sense to extend the testing time and thus increase the possibility of detecting failures. Failures identified during testing have different weights and will affect users differently in the market. To better evaluate the failures detected during testing, a matrix for determining the severity of an individual failure is presented, which significantly improves further decisions.
