Abstract
Namen magistrskega dela je z optimizacijo lokacije mobilnega dvigala na gradbišču znižati stroške gradnje in skrajšati čas. Uporaba mobilnega dvigala na gradbišču lahko predstavlja velik strošek še posebej takrat, kadar se uporablja več časa. Zato želimo mobilno dvigalo postaviti na takšno mesto, ki skrajšuje čas delovnih postopkov. Za potrebe optimizacije najprej zapišemo splošno formulacijo matematičnega modela. V splošni formulaciji delovni cikel dvigala razdelimo na posamezne delovne postopke. Optimizacijo izvedemo za sedem primerov postavitve dvigala na istem gradbišču. Za vhodne podatke uporabimo jekleno skeletno konstrukcijo skladišča podjetja Schrack. S procesiranjem modela smo uspeli pridobiti lokalne optimalne rešitve, zato poiščemo najugodnejši rezultat s primerjavo primerov. Iz rezultatov je razvidno, da z različnih lokacij mobilnega dvigala na gradbišču vplivamo na stroške, saj že z manjšimi premiki dobimo spremembe pri stroških.

Optimization of the mobile crane location on a construction site |
Secondary abstract: |
The subject of the thesis is to reduce construction costs and time by optimizing the location of the mobile crane on the construction site. Using a mobile crane on a construction site can be a big expense, especially when used for extended periods of time. Therefore, we want to place the crane in such a place that shortens the time of work procedures. For optimization, first, the general formulation of the mathematical model is written. In the general formulation, the working cycle of the crane is divided into individual working procedures. Optimization is performed for seven cases of crane location on the same construction site. For input data, the steel framework of the Schrack warehouse is used. By processing the model, we were able to obtain local optimal solutions. Thus, we find the most favorable result by comparing examples. The results show that we influence costs from different locations of the mobile crane on the construction site because we get changes in costs even with small shifts. |
