Secondary title: | Physiotherapy after shoulder arthroplasty |
Secondary abstract: | Introduction and purpose: shoulder joint is the most flexible ball joint in our body. In severe medical conditions, the only solution is to insert the endoproteze of the shoulder. The purpose of the thesis was to determine the effectiveness of rehabilitation protocols and physiotherapy after the insertion of the endoproteze of the shoulder joint. Methods: different types of research were included in the systematic review between 2000 and 2018. The research included comparative methods between rehabilitation protocols and the effectiveness of rehabilitation in the postoperative phase of patients with endoproteiment shoulders. Results: selection of the physiotherapy protocol does not affect the final outcome of rehabilitation in patients after the endoproteze of the shoulder joint. Physiotherapy plays an important role in the post-operative phase of rehabilitation. Usability: well-set rehabilitation protocol significantly reduces rehabilitation time. Limitations: a small number of longitudinal studies based on the efficacy of physiotherapy in the insertion of endoprotease of the shoulder joint, different types of prosthesis, inability to continue the research due to disease. |
