Abstract
Ženske se zaradi vse večje zaposljivosti, dolgih delavnikov in stresnega življenja na delovnem mestu v zadnjih dveh desetletjih soočajo s težavo, kako uskladiti družinsko in poklicno življenje. Na osnovi študija literature in virov so v diplomskem delu predstavljeni dejavniki, ki vplivajo na usklajevanje družinskega in poklicnega življenja ter vloga države, delodajalcev in posameznikov pri tovrstnem usklajevanju. Namen raziskave v diplomskem delu je analizirati dejavnike usklajevanja poklicnega in zasebnega življenja glede na spol ter ugotoviti stanje na tem področju. Raziskava je izvedena z metodo anketiranja in ugotavlja, da so ženske v primerjavi z moškimi bolj seznanjene z družinskimi ukrepi, ki se nanašajo na usklajevanje poklicnega in družinskega življenja. V povprečju so tudi bolj zadovoljne s svojo kariero in poklicnim življenjem, pri usklajevanju poklicnega in družinskega življenja pa imajo približno enake težave kot moški. Za lažje usklajevanje družinskega in poklicnega življenja žensk mora država poostriti nadzor nad delodajalci. Zagotoviti je treba, da se enakopravnost med spoloma dejansko uresničuje. Moški bi se morali bolj aktivno vključevati v opravljanje gospodinjskih opravilih, veliko pa lahko naredijo tudi ženske same s tem, da ne prevzamejo vsega bremena nase in moškim zaupajo, da bodo delo opravili prav tako uspešno kot one.

THE RECONCILIATION OF WORK AND FAMILY LIFE OF WOMEN IN SLOVENIA |

In the last two decades, women are due to increased employment, long working hours and stressful life at work faced with the problem of how to reconcile family and professional life. Based on the study of literature and sources, the graduation thesis presents the factors that affect the reconciliation of family and professional life and the role of the state, employers and individuals. The purpose of the research within the thesis was to analyse the factors of reconciliation of work and private life according to gender and at the same time determine the current situation in this field. The survey method is used for the research and the results show that compared to men, women are more familiar with family measures, relating to the reconciliation of work and family life. On average, they are also more satisfied with their careers and working lives, but have approximately the same problems in reconciling family and professional life as men. To facilitate the reconciliation of family and professional lives of women, the state must tighten the control over employers. It is necessary to ensure that gender equality is actually achieved. Men should be more actively involved in household chores. However, women can also do a lot by not taking all the burden on themselves and trust that men will do the job just as successful as they would. |
