Abstract

V diplomskem delu bom predstavil, kako konstruiramo orodje za ekstruzijo aluminija na določenem profilu. Ta postopek lahko pozneje uporabimo za poljubne klasične profile. Konstruiranje bo potekalo v več fazah. V prvi fazi bomo določili format orodja, iz koliko komponent bo sestavljeno, in material, iz katerega bomo orodje izdelali glede na zahtevnost profila. V drugi fazi bomo začeli konstruirati orodje in obrazložili postopek določanja parametrov. V tretji in zadnji fazi pa se bo pripravil 3D model posameznih delov orodja ter celoten sestav. Za konstruiranje bo uporabljen programski paket SolidWorks. V tej diplomski nalogi je cilj predstaviti izdelavo primerne konstrukcije orodja, in pripraviti pravilno zasnovan model orodja, ki bo lahko služil za poznejšo izdelavo orodja.

Secondary title: Design of clasic tool for aluminium extrusion
Secondary abstract: This thesis deals with procedures of constructing a tool for aluminum extrusion on a specific profile. This procedure can later be used for any classic profile. The construction will take place in several stages. In the first phase, we will determine the format of the tool, how many components it will consist of and the material from which the tool will be made according to the complexity of the profile. In the phase two, we will begin to construct the tool and explain the process of determining the parameters. In phase three, the last phase, 3D model of individual tool part and asembly will be prepared. The SolidWorks software package will be used to construct. This thesis aims to present the production of a suitable tool construction and prepare properly designed model of tool that will be used for later tool production.
