Abstract
V magistrski nalogi smo raziskovali pomen trajnostnega razvoja, koncepte povezane s tem in kako lahko koncept zelene organizacije prispeva k razvoju trajnostno usmerjene organizacije.
Raziskali smo različne primere konceptov, modelov in v emiričnem delu primerjali stopnje »zelenosti« v tujih in slovenski organizacijah. Za analizo smo izbrali krterije in ustvarili lestvico za lažjo primerjavo podatkov v organizacijah. Kriterije smo izbrali glede na vire, ki so nam javno dostopni iz spletnih strani in fizičnih virov. Namen magistrske naloge je bi preučiti domačo in tujo literaturo, jo teoretično predstaviti in utemeljiti stopnjo zelenosti v izbranih podjetjih. S tem želimo prikazati in približati trajnostne in zelene model organizacijam. In jim tudi dokazati, da s tem pridobijo dodano vrednost.
Izraz "zeleno" različnim ljudem pomeni različne stvari. Toda na splošno zeleno pomeni sprejemanje zavestnih in trajnostnih odločitev, ki nam pomagajo zmanjšati, rešiti in na novo uporabiti naravne vire in okolje. Obstaja veliko načinov, kako postati zeleni, vendar še to trenutno ni dovolj velik problem, da bi organizacije dajale pomen na trajnost in zelenost, dokler ne bo prišlo do globalnega pomanjkanja virov, kar pa se že dogaja.
V empiričnem delu smo preučili vire o izbranih organizacijah, njihove spletne strani, poročila in podobno, ter izvedli analiza glede na izbrane kriterije. Za analizo smo uporabili primerjalno metodo in primerjali tuje podjetje z domačim. Kriterije smo izbrali glede na teoretične ugotovitve o zeleni organizaciji in glede na njihvo relevantnost v danih primerih. Definirali smo njihovo zeleno strategijo, okoljske cilje, kulturo zaposlenih, tveganja in njihove investicije v zelenost in trajnostni razvoj.
Ugotovili smo, da se v Sloveniji dela n trajnosti in zelenosti, ampak je še tu vedn v ospredju digitalizacija, saj ne dosegajo potrebne ravni (večje organizacije), da sodelujejo na mednarodnem trgu. Glavna naloga organizacij je, da dobro uvedejo zelene koncepte in iščejo rešitve na tem spektru za bolj dolgotrajno in trajnostno poslovanje. Pri tem ne smejo kot temelj uporabiti temeljito analizo njihovih rednosti, saj jim bo to pomagalo pri uvedbi. Pri tem ne smejo pozabiti n zaposlene in druge deležnike, saj se lahko z prenosom dobrih praks zelenost posredno širi tudi dalje, na njihova osebna življenja. In to je pravi pomen zelene organizacije, da širi svoj vpliv dalje na zunanje okolje in pripomore do sprememb za boljšo prihodnost.

How a green organization concept contributes to sustainable development |

In the master 's thesis, we explored the importance of sustainable development, related concepts and how the concept of green organizations can contribute to the development of sustainable organizations.
We researched various examples of concepts, models and compared the levels of "greenness" in foreign and Slovenian organizations. We selected criteria for analysis and created a scale to facilitate data comparison within the organization. We selected the criteria based on resources, so we publicly accessed websites and physical resources. The purpose of the master's thesis is to study domestic and literary literature, to present it theoretically and to justify the level of greenness in selected companies. With this we want to show and bring closer the sustainability and green model of the organization. And to prove to them that they gain added value by doing so.
The term “green” means different things to different people. In general, green means making conscious and lasting decisions that help us reduce and save new users of natural resources in the environment. There are many ways to go green, but it is still not a big enough problem for organizations to give importance to sustainability and greenness, while there will be no global shortage of resources, which is already happening.
In the empirical part, we conducted universities on selected organizations, their websites, reports and the like, and performed an analysis according to selected criteria. We used the basic method for analysis and compared the company with the domestic one. The criteria were chosen based on the theoretical findings about the green organization with respect to their relevance in other cases. We defined their green strategy, environmental goals, employee culture, risk and their investments in greenery and sustainable development.
We found that in Slovenia we work in sustainability and greenery, but it is still at the forefront of digitalization, as the necessary levels (organizations of the organization) to participate in the international market are not reached. The main task of the organization is to introduce green concepts well and look for solutions in this area for more long-term and sustainable business. They should not use thoroughly analyzed their regularities as a basis, as this will help them to implement them. In doing so, they must not forget n employees and other stakeholders, as you can transfer them from good practices to greenness indirectly spreading further, to their personal lives. And it is the true importance of a green organization to expand its influence further on the external environment and contribute to change for a greater future. |
