Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen preračun transportnega traku za transport odpadnih surovin iz termoelektrarne Ugljevik. Tračni transporter, ki je predmet magistrske naloge, je del obsežnejšega transportnega sistema, ki po površju poteka od nakladalne postaje v termoelektrarni do odlagalnega mesta na deponiji. V nalogi se osredotočimo na preračun najdaljšega odseka transportnega sistema. Obravnavani odsek je med nakladalnim in razlagalnim delom dolg 964 m. Osnovni preračun tračnega transporterja temelji na sekcijskem preračunu. V preračunu upoštevamo upore pregibanja traku na bobnih, upore rotirajočih delov, pospešek traku, pospešek materiala in vpliv poteka traku. V razširjeni preračun je zajet tudi kritični element, to je zagon tračnega transporterja. Zagon temelji na postopnem in nadzorovanem zaganjanju pogonskega bobna. V sklopu nadzorovanega zagona razdelamo in primerjamo tudi različne načine zagona električnih motorjev in njihove poglavitne karakteristike. Na koncu določimo še napenjalni vitel za aktivno napenjanje traku ter spreminjanje in prilagajanje napenjalne sile. Preračun je izdelan analitično v programu MS Excel.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the calculation of the conveyor belt for the transport of waste materials from the Ugljevik thermal power plant. The belt conveyor, which is the subject of the master's thesis, is part of a larger transport system that runs along the surface from the loading station in the thermal power plant to the landfill. The task focuses on the calculation of the longest section of the transport system. The section in question is 964 m long between the loading and unloading sections. The basic calculation of a belt conveyor is based on a sectional calculation. The calculation takes into account the bending resistances of the belt on the drums, the resistances of the rotating parts, the acceleration of the belt, the accelerations of the material, as well as the influence of the flow of the belt. The extended calculation also covers a critical element, the start-up of the belt conveyor. Start-up is based on the gradual and controlled start-up of the drive drum. As part of controlled start-up, we also analyze and compare different ways of starting electric motors and their main characteristics. Finally, we determine the tensioning winch for active tensioning of the belt and changing and adjusting the tensioning force. The calculation is made analytically in MS Excel.
