Abstract
Podjetja z namenom, da bi zagotovila čim nižje stroške proizvodnega procesa ter hkrati minimalizirala količino zalog, vpeljujejo metode, ki standardizirajo procese, empirično določijo količine zalog ter posredno minimalizirajo stroške. V ta namen so se v podjetju Unior d. d., v obratu OOK, odločili za postopno uvajanje metod, kot so načela vitke proizvodnje, sistema kanban, metode minimalnih zalog itd. V okviru magistrskega dela sem se predvsem osredotočil na vzpostavitev sistema za upravljanje z direktnim in indirektnim materialom. V sklopu projekta smo s pomočjo metode 5S organizacijsko uredili skladiščne omare, empirično določili minimalne, signalne in maksimalne zaloge za direktni in indirektni material, vzpostavili sistem razdeljevanja direktnega materiala na delovnih strojih po načelih sistema kanban. Vzpostavljenemu sistemu smo definirali obrazce za izračun zalog, nadzor sistema in definiranja enolično določenega razdeljevanja orodja in opremili posamezne segmente z delovnimi navodili ter priporočili. Na koncu magistrskega dela sem tudi finančno opredelil projekt ter ga analiziral.

In order to ensure the lowest possible costs of the production process, while minimizing the amount of inventory, companies introduce methods that standardize processes, empirically determine the amount of inventory, and indirectly minimize costs. To this end, Unior d. d., the OOK plant, has decided to gradually introduce methods such as lean production principles, the kanban system, minimum stock methods, etc. In the master's thesis, I mainly focused on the establishment of a system for the management of direct and indirect materials. As part of the project, we used the 5S method to organize storage cabinets, empirically determine the minimum, signal and maximum stock levels for direct and indirect materials, and set up a system for distributing direct materials on machinery according to the principles of the kanban system. For the established system, we defined the forms for calculating stock levels, for controlling the system and for defining a uniform distribution of tools, and equipped individual segments with work instructions and recommendations. At the end of my master's thesis, I also defined the financial aspect of the project and analyzed the project. |
