Abstract

Z namenom povečanja učinkovitosti trženja želi podjetje vpeljati metodo metodologije rasti. V delu smo obravnavali vpeljavo procesa vpeljave tovrstne metodologije v marketinški oddelek izbranega podjetja. Skladno z metodologijo smo izvedli izboljšavo procesa odpiranja uporabniškega računa. Poslužili smo se ključnih postopkov za uspešno izvajanje metodologije rasti, ki so: določitev ciljev in kazalnikov uspeha, podatkovna analitika, prioriteta in postavitev hipoteze, izvedba izboljšave in vrednotenje uspešnosti. Pri slednjem smo uspešno prikazali dodano vrednost tovrstnega pristopa na vpliv ključnih kazalnikov uspeha. V konkretnem obravnavanem primeru smo s pomočjo metodologije rasti izboljšali uspešno odpiranje uporabniškega računa, pri čemer po opravljeni izboljšavi večji delež novih strank uspešno zaključi s procesom odpiranja računa.

Secondary abstract: In order to increase marketing efficiency, companies want to implement the growth method. In the paper, we examined the implementation of such a method in the marketing department of the selected company. In compliance with the method, we improved the process of setting up a user account. The following key procedures for a successful implementation of the method were adopted: identifying goals and performance indicators, conducting a data analysis, prioritising and forming hypotheses, implementing the improvement and evaluating performance. We successfully demonstrated the added value of such an approach to key performance indications. In the studied case, we improved the successful process of setting up a user account, using the growth method; after the improvement, a larger proportion of new customers successfully finish the process of setting up an account.
