Abstract
Management se pojavlja v vsaki organizaciji. Določa osnovne smeri razvoja, strateške cilje organizacije in skrbi za izvajanje načrtovanih nalog na vseh ravneh delovanja. Je ustvarjalno reševanje problemov, ki se nanašajo na načrtovanje, organiziranje, vodenje ter ocenjevanje razpoložljivih virov oziroma resursov za doseganje ciljev poslovanja, poslanstva in vizije razvoja podjetja. V diplomskem projektu smo raziskali teoretične vidike managementa, managementa kakovosti ter management kakovosti v hotelu oziroma turistične storitve.

Management appears in every organization. It defines the basic directions of development, strategic goals of the organization and ensures the implementation of plannes tasks at all levels of operation. It is a creative solution to problems related to planning, organizing, managing and evaluating available resources or resources to achieve bussines goals, mission and vision of company development. Best Western Premier Hotel Slon is bussines four stars superior hotel with 170 rooms, it is located in historical center of Ljubljana. General manager is personal in sistem of hotel and has all control of quality and guests satisfaction. The hotel has own policy of quality and this is the big difference from the competition. |
