Abstract

Sledenje celoviti učinkovitosti opreme je dobra naložba podjetja na dolgi rok. S pomočjo tega orodja lahko podjetja zaznajo in skušajo odpraviti težave s katerimi se soočajo. Izid vpeljave OEE v proizvodni proces podjetja je konkurenčna proizvodnja, ki zagotavlja nemoteno delovanje obdelovalnih centrov in kakovostne izdelke. V magistrski nalogi je opisana metoda celovite učinkovitosti opreme, predstavljen je tudi praktični primer uporabe OEE na obdelovalnem stroju. Za boljše razumevanje je na začetku naloge opisana vitka proizvodnja in orodja s katerimi lahko slednjo uveljavimo v proizvodni proces. Predstavljeni so bili trije dejavniki, ki vplivajo na izračun OEE, ter šest glavnih izgub znotraj teh dejavnikov, katere lahko s pomočjo metode OEE zaznamo. Osrednji del raziskovalne naloge je bilo zbiranje potrebnih podatkov za izračun celovite učinkovitosti stroja Miyano BND 32 t5. Podatke smo zbirali mesec dni nato je sledila analiza in predstavitev dobljenih rezultatov. Na podlagi rezultatov so v zaključku naloge podani predlogi izboljšav, prav tako pa je na kratko opisana stroškovna izguba, ki je nastala zaradi nenačrtovanih izpadov.

Secondary abstract: Tracking the overall equipment efficiency is a good investment for a company in the long run. With the help of this tool, companies can detect and try to solve the problems they are facing. The result of the introduction of OEE in the company's production process is competitive production, which ensures the smooth operation of machining centers and quality products. The master's thesis describes the method of overall equipment efficiency, and also presents a practical example of the use of OEE on a machine tool. For a better understanding, lean production and tools with which we can apply the latter to the production process are described at the beginning of the thesis. Three factors involved in the calculation of OEE were presented, as well as six main losses within these factors, which can be detected using the OEE method. The central part of the research task was to collect the necessary data to calculate the overall efficiency of the machine Miyano BND 32 t5. Data was collected for a month, followed by analysis and presentation of the obtained results. Based on the results, suggestions for improvements are given at the end of the task, and the cost loss caused by unplanned stops is briefly described.
