Abstract

Cilj vsake organizacije je uspešno delovanje, kar pa je v veliki meri odvisno od zadovoljstva zaposlenih pri delu. Zadovoljni zaposleni so produktivnejši, predani delu in usmerjeni k večji uspešnosti in razvoju organizacije. Iz tega lahko sklepamo, da so zadovoljni zaposleni glavni temelj vsake uspešne organizacije. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela bomo predstavili pojem zadovoljstva zaposlenih, zadovoljstvo in nezadovoljstvo pri delu, dejavnike zadovoljstva in motivacijo v delovnem okolju. V empiričnem delu pa bomo predstavili rezultate raziskave, preverjene hipoteze in predloge za izboljšave. Raziskavo smo opravili s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika o zadovoljstvu zaposlenih. Z njo smo želeli ugotoviti, kateri dejavniki imajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu največji vpliv in kakšno pomembnost pripisujejo vsakemu posameznemu dejavniku. Raziskava je pokazala, da zaposleni svoje delo radi opravljajo in so pri izvajanju nalog samostojni. Med najbolje ocenjene dejavnike so zaposleni uvrstili delovni čas ter raznoliko in razgibano delo, med nižje ocenjene dejavnike pa plačo in pohvale za dobro opravljeno delo.

Secondary abstract: The goal of any organization is successful operation, which largely depends on employee satisfaction. Satisfied employees are more productive, dedicated to work and focused on greater performance and development of the organization. It can be concluded that satisfied employees are the main foundation of any successful organization. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the concept of employee satisfaction, satisfaction and dissatisfaction in workplace, satisfaction factors and motivation in the work environment. The empirical part presents the results of the research, tested hypotheses and suggestions for improvements. We conducted the research using a survey of employee satisfaction. With the research, we wanted to find out which factors have the greatest impact on employees and what importance they attach to each individual factor. The research showed that employees like to do their job and are independent in performing tasks. Among the best rated factors, employees ranked working hours and diverse work, among the lower rated factors were salary and commendation for a job well done.
