Piprava na porod in vloga spremljevalca v koroški regiji

Abstract

Diplomsko delo opisuje pripravo na porod in vlogo spremljevalca v koroški regiji. Pomen telesne in duševne priprave na porod, tehnike sproščanja in tehnike za premagovanje bolečine. Opisani so tudi položaji za porod, dihanje med porodom, ter vloga partnerja oziroma spremljevalca. Poudarek je tudi na pomembnosti prvega srečanja z medicinsko sestro, pa naj bo to ob sprejemu ali v šoli za bodoče starše. V drugem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, kjer smo z anketnimi vprašanji ugotavljali, ali so nosečnice seznanjene s tehnikami priprave na porod in če jih upoštevajo ter, ali bodoče mamice pri pripravi na porod spremljajo in spodbujajo partnerji oziroma spremljevalci. Matere, in v zadnjem času tudi očetje, se vse bolj zavedajo, kako pomembna je priprava na porod. Vse več očetov je prisotnih v pripravah na porod, veliko pa se jih danes tudi odloči za prisotnost ob porodu, saj so pomemben člen v procesu nosečnosti in rojevanja partnerke.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma work describes the preparation for giving birth and the role of the attender in the koroška region. The importance of body weight and the physical preparation for child-birth and techniques for dealing with the pain. There are also descriptions of birth positions and breathing during the birth, but also the role of the partner or attender. The stress is on the first meeting with the nurse weather at the hospital when you check in or in the parenting school. In the second part of my diploma work I present the results of a study where we gave pregnant women opinion polls and asked them if they are familiar with the techniques of giving birth, do they follow these techniques and if they have a partner who encourages them through the pregnancy and child-birth. Lately more mothers and fathers are aware how important it is to prepare for child-birth. More and more fathers are present at preparing for birth and a lot of them decide to stay with their partner during giving birth. That way they feel as an important part during their partner’s pregnancy and delivery.
