diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija
Abstract
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena nova naloga vodij v državnem organu, ki jim jo je določil Zakon o javnih uslužbencih leta 2002. Vodje morajo v skladu z določili omenjenega zakona spremljati delo, strokovno usposobljenost in kariero svojih podrejenih in vsaj enkrat letno z njimi opraviti razgovor. Ta obveznost vodij je neposredno vezana na ustrezno komunikacijo med vodji in sodelavci.
Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na štiri glavna poglavja. V prvem poglavju je opredeljena vloga vodje v organizaciji, kjer se vodje vedno bolj zavedajo, da za odlično vodenje poleg strokovnega znanja potrebujejo še ogromno veščin za ravnanje z ljudmi.
V drugem poglavju se osredotočimo na komuniciranje v organizaciji. Tretje poglavje je namenjeno posebni obliki komuniciranja v organizaciji, to je letni razgovor. Sledi raziskovalni del diplomske naloge z analizo rezultatov anketnega vprašalnika, pri čemer ugotavljamo mnenja zaposlenih o rednih letnih razgovorih na Upravni enoti Celje. Podane so ugotovitve raziskave in priporočila.

In the thesis I am presenting the new assignments of state authority leaders, defined by the Civil Servants Act from the year 2002. According to the above-stated law provisions the leaders must follow the work, professional skills and career of their subordinates and make an interview with them at least once a year. This obligation of the leaders is directly linked to appropriate communication among leaders and their cooperators.
The thesis consists of four main chapters. The first chapter defines the role of a leader in an organization, where the leaders are more and more aware of the many people skills required for excellent management next to the professional knowledge.
The second chapter is focused on communication in the organization. The third chapter explains the special form of communication in organization –the annual interview. It is followed by the research part of the thesis, with the analysis of questionnaire results, where I tried to establish the. This chapter also reveals the findings of the research and some recommendations |
