Abstract

Ob razvoju nove generacije trosilcev družine Superfex, podjetja Farmtech d. o. o., je bil potreben tudi razvoj novih varilnih priprav, med katerimi je tudi varilna priprava za varjenje spodnjega ogrodja oziroma šasije. Delo predstavlja razvoj varilne priprave skozi vse korake procesa do uporabe. Po analizi procesa izdelave prototipov se je začel postopek razvoja varilne priprave. Ta je temeljil na osnovi sistemskega projektiranja in konstruiranja. Rezultat sistemiziranega procesa je varilna priprava, ki omogoča popolno varjenje šasije trosilcev družine Superfex. Po končanem dimenzioniranju priprave je bil izveden numerični preračun konstrukcije po metodi MKE, s katerim smo potrdili ustreznost izdelka. Delo se zaključi z opisom in izsledki prve uporabe priprave.

Secondary title: Design of welding jig for manure spreaders chassis
Secondary abstract: Along with the development of the new generation of manure spreaders of the Superfex family from the company Farmtech d.o.o., came the need to develop new welding jigs, among which is a welding device for welding the lower frame or chassis. The master’s thesis represents the development of a welding jig through all steps of the process, up to the use in production. After analyzing the process of prototyping, the process of developing a welding jig began. This was based on a process of systematic design of constructions. The result of the systematized process is a welding jig that enables complete welding of the chassis from the new Superfex family of manure spreaders. After the constructing process a numerical calculation of the structure was performed according to the FEM method, which confirmed the suitability of the product. The work concludes with a description and results of the first use of the welding jig.
