Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili podjetje Termoelektrarna Šoštanj d.o.o. Predstavljen je sistem transporta premoga iz Premogovnika Velenje v Termoelektrarno Šoštanj(TEŠ), ki se vrši s sistemom tračnih transporterjev. Opisali in predstavili smo zaščitne sisteme in naprave na tračnih transportnih trakovih v TEŠ-u. Predstavili smo jemanje vzorcev premoga za kasnejše določanje kalorične vrednosti. V nadaljevanju smo izvedli analitični (sekcijski) preračun tračnega transportnega traku. Izveden preračun nam je pomagal pri določitvi ustreznega pogonskega elektromotorja, ki bo menjan ob naslednjih rednih vzdrževalnih delih na tehnološki enoti (TEŠ blok 6).

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis there is presented company Termoelektrarna Šoštanj d.o.o. There is presented transportation system of coal from Premogovnik Velenje to Termoelektrarna Šoštanj, which is carried out with a system of belt conveyors. There are described and presented safety systems and safety devices installed on belt conveyors in Termoelektrarna Šoštanj. There is presented procedure for taking samples of coal for later determination calorific value of coal. In the following there is performed analytical (sectional) calculation of belt conveyor. On the basis of performed analytical calculation there was made a selection for suitable electric powertrain unit, which will be installed for the operation with the next regular maintenance work on the technological unit (TEŠ Blok 6).
