Abstract

V teoretičnem delu so opisane skupine otrok s posebnimi potrebami, motnje avtističnega spektra, ustanove za delo z otroki s posebnimi potrebami in metode dela z otroki z MAS.

Secondary title: Forms of working with pupils with autistic spectrum disorder in music education
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the master's thesis is finding out how individual musical activities influence the development of individual skills of children with ADS. We wanted to emphasize that music has an important effect on speech, establishing contacts, emotions, and strengthening of self-image in children with special needs which also includes children with ADS. In the theoretical part we describe groups of children with special needs, disorders of the autistic spectrum, institutions that work with children with special needs, and the methods of working with children with ADS. We wanted to find out what kind of role does music have in working with children with ADS. The empirical part contains a two-year evaluation of four pupils where we wanted to find out how individual musical activities influenced the development of individual skills according to their disorder. With this master's thesis we want to draw attention to the important role of music with children with ADS, and encourage those who are actively included in the process of education of children with ADS to actively engage in musical activities and include children with ADS in these activities.
