Abstract
Diplomsko delo je predvidevalo izdelavo rekonstrukcije cestne mreže na vzhodnem območju naselja Šentjernej. Izdelana je bila analiza križišča in obstoječe cestne mreže kjer je bilo ugotovljeno, da narašča število tovornih vozil in glede na širitev obrtno industrijske cone bo takih vozil še več. Poleg tega je zelo problematično križišče kjer je otežkočeno zavijanje tovornih vozil iz smeri avtoceste proti Kostanjevici na Krki in obratno saj ta ob zavijanju uničujejo vozišče in ogrožajo varnost najranljivejših udeležencev v prometu. Poleg tega so tik ob krožišču objekti kulturne dediščine in se ob težkih tovornih vozilih povzročajo tresljaje in povzročajo poškodbe na objektih kulturne dediščine. Izdelana je bila primerjava treh variant na podlagi določitve ocen po regionalnem in urbanem razvoju, vplivu na okolje, prometno-tehničnem, gradbeno-tehničnem in stroškovnem kriteriju. Glede na rezultate primerjave z vseh vidikov je bila predlagana kot najustreznejša varianta 1.

Secondary abstract: |
The diploma thesis envisaged the reconstruction of the road network in the eastern area of the Šentjernej settlement. An analysis of the intersection and the existing road network was made, where it was found that the number of trucks is increasing and, given the expansion of the craft and industrial zone, there will be even more such vehicles. In addition, there is a very problematic intersection where it is difficult to turn trucks from the direction of the motorway towards Kostanjevica na Krki and vice versa, as they destroy the carriageway when turning and endanger the safety of the most vulnerable road users. In addition, there are cultural heritage sites right next to the roundabout and vibrations and damage to cultural heritage sites are caused by heavy goods vehicles. A comparison of three variants was made on the basis of determining estimates according to regional and urban development, environmental impact, traffic-technical, construction-technical and cost criteria. In view of the results of the comparison from all aspects, it was proposed as the most appropriate option 1. |
