Abstract

Magistrsko delo zajema projekt avtomatizacije klimatsko-prezračevalne naprave z možnostjo varčevanja energije. Najprej sta pojasnjeni pomembnost varčevanja energije in uporaba obnovljivih virov energije. Nato je opisano delovanje varčnega klimatsko-prezračevalnega sistema in vseh možnih režimov delovanja. Po seznanitvi z osnovnimi principi delovanja sledijo načrtovanje klimatske naprave N1 in vseh njenih sestavnih elementov, razlaga vseh procesov, ki se v njej izvajajo, ter zapis programske logike za regulacijo in vodenje naprave v programu Codesys. Program je naložen na krmilnik Andivi U-DDC, na katerega sta s pomočjo komunikacije I2C povezani dve vhodno-izhodni enoti U-MIO, prav tako je izvedena simulacija režima ogrevanja, hlajenja in prostega hlajenja. Na koncu je narejena aplikacija za vizualizacijo, ki nam omogoča spremljanje delovanja in nastavljanje želenih vrednosti temperatur in režimov delovanja naprave.

Secondary title: Design of the energy-saving air-conditioning ventilation system
Secondary abstract: This paper reports on a project of automation of air-conditioning and ventilation devices with the possibility of saving energy. Importance of energy preservation and the use of renewable energy sources is explained, after which a description of the operation of an economical air-conditioning and ventilation system with its various modes is offered. Following the delineation of the basic principles of operation, the project continues with the design of the N1 air-conditioning and ventilation machine and all its components, the explanation of all the processes that run in it, and writing software logic for regulating and controlling the device in Codesys. The program is then loaded on an Andivi U-DDC controller, to which two U-MIO input-output units are connected via I2C communication. A simulation of the heating, cooling and free cooling mode was then performed. Finally, an application for visualisation is made, which allows for the monitoring of the entire operation and for setting the desired values of temperatures and operating modes of the device.
