Abstract
Testiranje je ena izmed ključnih aktivnosti razvoja programske opreme. Znižuje število napak, ki bi jih lahko izkusili končni uporabniki in izboljšuje uporabniško izkušnjo. Vsem vpletenim v razvoj programske opreme daje zagotovilo, da ta dosega določene standarde. V podjetju Špica International d. o. o. se je pri razvoju programske opreme All Hours, pojavila želja po optimizaciji postopka testiranja. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili obstoječi postopek testiranja, ga analizirali in njegove aktivnosti primerjali z matriko agilnega testiranja. Primerjava je pokazala pomanjkljivosti, ki smo jih z vpeljavo testnega okolja avtomatskega testiranja preko aplikacijskega vmesnika in sprejemnega testiranja izboljšali. Opisali smo vse aktivnosti, ki so bile potrebne za vpeljavo optimiziranega postopka testiranja.

Optimization of testing process for software All Hours |

Testing is one of the key activities of software development. It plays an important role, because it lowers the amount of defects, and improves user experience for end users. It also gives assurance to everybody that participates in software development, that the software meets required quality standards. In the software development company Špica International d. o. o. there is a need to optimize testing process for the software product All Hours. In this work, we presented and analyzed old testing process. We placed existing activities in agile testing quadrants. We discovered some shortcomings, which we fixed with the new testing environment, automated API testing and acceptance testing. We also described the entire process. |
