Abstract

Spolno nadlegovanje je stalna praksa slovenskih srednjih šol, prisotno pa je tudi med starejšimi osnovnošolskimi učenci. Naslavljanje spolnega nadlegovanja v šolah ni vedno najboljše ali najbolj učinkovito, saj ga obravnavajo v okviru medvrstniškega nasilja. Ukrepi za medvrstniško nasilje pa ne učinkujejo glede problematike spolnega nasilja. Na podlagi tega me je zanimalo, kako šolske svetovalne delavke rešujejo problem medvrstniškega spolnega nadlegovanja. Namen magistrske naloge je raziskati delo šolske svetovalne službe v primerih medvrstniškega spolnega nadlegovanja v osnovnih in srednjih šolah v Sloveniji. V teoretičnem delu opišem definicije spolnega nadlegovanja, pojavne oblike medvrstniškega spolnega nadlegovanja, vloge in delo šolske svetovalne službe in postopek dela šolske svetovalne službe pri obravnavi primera medvrstniškega spolnega nadlegovanja. Osrednji fokus empiričnega dela naloge je raziskati, kako šolske svetovalne delavke definirajo in pojmujejo spolno nadlegovanje, kako primere medvrstniškega spolnega nadlegovanja obravnavajo ter kako preventivno delujejo na tem področju. Podatke sem pridobila skozi kvalitativno raziskavo, izvedla sem šest intervjujev s socialnimi delavkami, ki so zaposlene v šolski svetovalni službi. Ključne ugotovitve so, da šolske svetovalne delavke poznajo definicije spolnega nadlegovanja, primere medvrstniškega spolnega nadlegovanja obravnavajo skozi individualne svetovalne razgovore z žrtvijo in povzročiteljem, z žrtvijo delajo na njenem opolnomočenju, pri povzročitelj pa želijo doseči sprejemanje odgovornosti za njegova ravnanja. V primeru sodelujejo tudi razredniki in starši, glede na stopnjo kršitve vključujejo še policijo in center za socialno delo. Glede na to, da se medvrstniško spolno nadlegovanje vrši na vseh šolah pa ugotavljam, da se na preventivnem področju naredi premalo.

Secondary title: The role of the school counseling service in cases of peer sexual harassment
Secondary abstract: Sexual harassment is a constant practice of Slovenian secondary schools, but it is also present among older primary school students. Addressing sexual harassment in schools is not always the best or most effective, as it is addressed in the context of peer violence. However, measures for peer violence have no effect on the issue of sexual violence. Based on this, I was interested in how school counselors address the problem of peer sexual harassment. The purpose of the master's thesis is to investigate the work of the school counseling service in cases of peer sexual harassment in primary and secondary schools in Slovenia. In the theoretical part I define sexual harassment, types of peer sexual harassment, the roles and work of the school counseling service and the work procedure of the school counseling service in dealing with a case of peer sexual harassment. The central focus of the empirical part of the thesis is to investigate how school counselors define and conceptualize sexual harassment, how they deal with cases of peer sexual harassment and how they act preventively in this area. I obtained the data through a qualitative survey, I conducted six interviews with social workers employed in the school counseling service. The key findings are that school counselors know the definitions of sexual harassment, deal with peer sexual harassment cases through individual counseling with the victim and the perpetrator, work with the victim on his / her empowerment, and want the perpetrator to accept responsibility for his / her actions. Class teachers and parents are also involved in the case, and depending on the degree of violation, they also include the police and the center for social work. Given that peer sexual harassment is carried out in all schools, I find that too little is being done in the field of sexual harassment prevention.
