Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo na podlagi morfoloških lastnosti in hranilnih vrednosti opisali 46 sort (akcesij) travniške bilnice iz različnih geografski območij: Slovenije, Makedonije, Bolgarije, Bosne in Hercegovine, Srbije in Bolgarije. Sadike, ki smo jih presadili na polje, smo pred tem vzgojili v rastlinjaku. Vse meritve smo izvajali v enem letu. Kvalitativne in kvantitativne izmerjene vrednosti so bile: datum začetka vegetacije, tip rasti, povprečna višina cele rastline ─ šopa, pridelek zelene mase celotne rastline ─ šopa, višina najvišjega poganjka, dolžina lista, širina lista in dolžina latu. Prehranske izmerjene vrednoti so: pridelek suhe snovi celotne rastline ─ šopa, vrednost surove vlaknine, surovih beljakovin in neto energije laktacije. Sorta Jabeljska ima med vsemi akcesijami najvišji pridelek suhe snovi (624,0 g/celo rastlino). V kolikor sorta Jabeljska na eni strani izstopa po količini pridelka, je na drugi strani zaradi najvišje vsebnosti surove vlaknine (360,2 g/kg SS) slabše prebavljiva. Prav tako ima najnižjo vrednot NEL (4,9 MJ/kg SS). S kompleksnim opisom slovenskih in drugih genskih virov, ki so shranjeni v genski banki, lahko svetujemo, katere akcesije so najbolj primerne za žlahtnjenje v slovenskih razmerah.

Evaluation of meadow fescue genetic resources using morphological and production traits |

The thesis describes 46 varieties (accessions) of meadow fescue from different geographical areas based on morphological properties and nutritional values: Slovenia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Bulgaria. Seedlings transplanted to the field were previously grown in a greenhouse. All measurements were taken within a year. The qualitative and quantitative measured values were: date of start of vegetation, type of growth, average height of the whole plant ─ bundle, green mass yield of the whole plant ─ bundle, height of the highest shoot, leaf length, width of the sheet and length of panicle. Nutritionally measured values were: yield of dry matter of the whole plant ─ bundle, the value of raw fibre, raw protein and the net energy of lactation. The Jabeljska variety had the highest yield of dry matter (624,0 g/whole plant) among all acessions. The Jabeljska variety stood out when it came to volume of produce on the one hand, but it was less digestible due to the maximum crude fibre content (360,2 g/kg SS). It also had the lowest NEL values (4.9 MJ/kg SS). With a complex description of Slovene and other genetic resources stored in the genetic bank, we can advise which acnes are best suited for breeding under Slovene conditions. |
