Abstract

V teh časih so pomembna čvrsta regionalna gospodarstva, saj so taka bolj odporna na razne šoke in krize, ki so jim izpostavljena. Čvrsta regionalna gospodarstva so ključen dejavnik razvitosti regije, življenjskega standarda in blagostanja ljudi v neki regiji. Tema magistrskega dela je razvoj regionalnega gospodarstva in vpliv osrednje občine pri tem. Strateški regionalni razvoj bomo obravnavali na primeru Mestne občine Murska Sobota in pomurske regije. Mestna občina ima osrednjo vlogo v svoji regiji, zato lahko pomembno vpliva na regionalni razvoj celotne regije. Največja moč ji daje odgovornost, da sooblikuje razvoj Pomurja. Gospodarsko stanje v pomurskem regionalnem gospodarstvu se izboljšuje. Prikazali bomo, kako se pomurska regija sooča z regionalnim razvojem in vlogo Mestne občine Murska Sobota pri tem. Proučili bomo, kako poteka gospodarski razvoj na območju Mestne občine Murska Sobota in kako se razvija celotno pomursko gospodarstvo. Osredotočili se bomo na strategijo razvoja regije in regionalnega gospodarstva v prihodnje ter opredelili, katere so razvojno-gospodarske priložnosti za Pomurje.

Secondary abstract: In these times, strong regional economies are important, as they are more resilient to the various shocks and crises to which they are exposed. Strong regional economies are a key factor in a region's development, living standards and people's well-being in a region. The topic of the master's thesis is the development of the regional economy and the influence of the central municipality in this. Strategic regional development will be discussed in the case of the Municipality of Murska Sobota and the Pomurje region. The municipality plays a central role in its region and can therefore have a significant impact on the regional development of the entire region. The greatest strength gives her the responsibility to co-shape the development of Pomurje. The economic situation in the Pomurje regional economy is improving. We will show how the Pomurje region copes with regional development and the role of MOMS in this. We will examine how economic development takes place in the MOMS area and how the entire Pomurje economy develops. We will focus on the strategy for the development of the region and the regional economy in the future and define the development and economic opportunities for Pomurje.
