magistrsko delo magistrskega študijskega programa II. stopnje Strojništvo
Abstract
V magistrskem delu je zajet pregled znanstvene literature na področju laserskega varjenja, orodnih jekel in varivosti materialov. Predstavljena je problematika reparaturnega varjenja poliranih površin z visokim sijajem na orodjih za brizganje plastike. Opisani so uporabljeni materiali, oprema in metodologija dela. V eksperimentalnem delu smo ugotavljali vpliv parametrov laserskega varjenja na lastnosti navarjenih poliranih površin. Kakovost poliranih površin, ki smo jih navarili z različnimi varilnimi parametri, smo raziskali z vizualno analizo, merjenjem hrapavosti in profila, meritvami trdote in analizo mikrostrukture. Ugotovili smo, da lahko z laserskim varjenjem uspešno reparaturno navarimo polirano površino na orodju za brizganje plastike.

Laser welding of polished surfaces |
Secondary abstract: |
The master thesis embraces an overview of scientific literature in the field of laser welding, tool steels and weldability of materials. It presents challenges in repair welding of highly polished surfaces of tools for plastic injection moulding. A description is provided of the materials and the equipment used as well as the thesis methodology. The experimental part deals with the influence of laser welding parameters on the properties of non-welded polished surfaces. By visual analysis, roughness and profile measurement, hardness measurements and microstructural analysis, we conducted a research of the quality of polished surfaces welded within various welding parameters. We discovered that a polished surface of a tool for plastic injection moulding can be successfully remanufactured by laser welding. |
