Poslovni bonton in pravila oblačenja v poslovnem svetu

Abstract

Upoštevanje poslovnega bontona je pomembno za uspešnost v karieri. Živimo v zelo površinskem svetu, zato sta močno pomembna zunanji videz in urejenost. Namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati povezanost med zunanjim videzom nadrejenega in splošnim vzdušjem oddelka, ki ga vodi, in povezanost med njegovim zunanjim videzom in ostalimi elementi urejenosti. Namen je bil ugotoviti tudi povezanost med upoštevanjem poslovnega bontona nadrejenega, ugledom ter splošnim vzdušjem znotraj oddelka, ki ga vodi. Raziskovalni del diplomskega dela je bil izveden s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Rezultati ankete so bili analizirani in interpretirani ter oblikovani v ugotovitve. Raziskava je pokazala, da upoštevanje poslovnega bontona močno vpliva na ugled nadrejenega in na splošno vzdušje znotraj oddelka, ki ga vodi. Ugotovili smo tudi, da obstaja povezanost med zunanjim videzom in ostalimi elementi urejenosti. Diplomsko delo nam je dalo vpogled v pomembnost upoštevanja poslovnega bontona in kodeksov poslovnega oblačenja pri nadrejenih, ki delujejo v različnih podjetjih. V teoretičnem delu so bili proučevani elementi poslovnega bontona in pravila poslovnega oblačenja.

Secondary abstract:	Taking into account business etiquette is important for a successful career. Because we live in a very superficial world, external appearance and regulation are also very important. The aim of the thesis was to explore, the link between the external appearance of the superior and the general atmosphere of the department which he runs. And the connection between his external appearance and other elements of neatness. The purpose was also to establish the relationship between taking into account the business etiquette of the supervisor, the reputation and the general atmosphere within the department that he runs. The research part of the thesis was carried out using the survey questionnaire. The results of the survey were analysed and interpreted and made into findings. The study showed that taking into account business etiquette strongly affects the reputation of the superior and the general atmosphere within the department that runs it. We have also found that there is a connection between external appearance and other elements of neatness. The thesis has given us an insight into the importance of taking account of business etiquette and business dress codes with managers operating in different companies. In the theorertical part we examined elements of business etiquette and business dress rules.
