Abstract

V nalogi smo predstavili izboljšavo litja aluminija na nizkotlačnem livnem stroju. V prvem delu smo predstavili potek nizkotlačnega litja, ki je ključen za razumevanje problema. Na kratko smo opisali ključne sestavne dele nizkotlačnega livnega stroja in njihove naloge. V nadaljevanju smo opisali problem in predstavili možne rešitve problema. Na podlagi ustreznejše rešitve smo izdelali prototip elektromagnetne črpalke, ga preizkusili na nizkotlačnem livnem stroju in ga v nadaljevanju analizirali s pomočjo simulacijskega programa. Na podlagi simulacij prve elektromagnetne črpalke smo izdelali izboljšano izvedbo elektromagnetne črpalke, ki smo jo preizkusili na novem nizkotlačnem livnem stroju. V zadnjem delu smo opisali nekaj možnosti za izboljšavo elektromagnetne črpalke.

Secondary title: Casting of aluminium under the influence of an electromagnetic field
Secondary abstract: In this paper, the improvement of aluminium casting on a low-pressure casting machine is presented. In the first part, the course of low-pressure casting, which is crucial for understanding the problem, is introduced. The key components of a low-pressure casting machine and their tasks are briefly described. The following part contains the description of the problem and possible solutions to the problem. Based on a more appropriate solution, a prototype of an electromagnetic pump was made and tested on a low-pressure casting machine, and then analysed with the help of a simulation program. Based on the simulations of the first electromagnetic pump, an improved version of the electromagnetic pump was made and tested on a new low-pressure casting machine. In the last part, some options for improving the electromagnetic pump are described.
