Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen tlačni del obtočnega cevovoda, ki prenaša suspenzijo iz spodnjega dela v zgornji del pralnika razžveplalne naprave za termoelektrarno Yeramarus v Indiji. Obtočni cevovod, ki je predmet diplomske naloge, je del pralnika razžveplalne naprave, v katerem poteka pranje dimnih plinov po mokrem kalcitnem postopku. V izhodišču diplomske naloge je predstavljeno delovanje razžveplalne naprave in njeni sklopi. Za obravnavani obtočni cevovod so izvedeni preračuni in dimenzioniranje. V nadaljevanju je izdelan tudi model, na katerem so izvedene CFD-analize in strukturne statične analize za podprtje obtočnega cevovoda. Cilj analiz je pridobitev deformacij in napetosti v cevovodu ter obremenitev, ki nastanejo v podporah obtočnega cevovoda. Cevovod je dimenzioniran v skladu s standardom SIST EN 13480-1:2018 . Izdelava modela je potekala v programskem paketu SolidWorks 2020, numerične analize so bile izvedene v programskem paketu ANSYS R1 2021 (študentska verzija).

Secondary title: Dimensioning the pressure part of the recirculation pipeline
Secondary abstract: The pressure part of the recirculation pipeline transports suspension fluid from the bottom region to the top region of the absorber of the FGD for thermal power plant Yeramarus in India. The recirculation pipeline, discussed in the diploma work, is a part located on the absorber of flue gas desulfurization device, which cleanses exhaust fumes of toxic components using wet scrubbing method where the sorbent used in the process is limestone. In the first part of the diploma, the working principle of the FGD and its components are introduced. For the discussed circulation pipeline, the process of calculation and dimensioning is carried out. The model of circulation pipeline is then used for CFD numerical analysis, flow analysis and static structural analysis. The objective of analysis is to obtain deformations and stresses on the pipeline and forces and moments that appear in support of the circulation pipeline. The pipeline is dimensioned in accordance with SIST EN 13480-1:2018. The model used for analysis was modelled in SolidWorks 2020, numerical analyses of the circulation pipeline were conducted in ANSYS R1 2021(Student version).
