Abstract

Globalno povezan svet in nove tehnologije hitro spreminjajo načine in možnosti pridobivanja kadrov, ki so ključnega pomena za uspešno delovanje organizacij. Pridobivanje ustreznih zaposlenih je ena izmed najpomembnejših aktivnosti menedžmenta človeških virov. Novi načini pridobivanja kadrov zahtevajo, da so podjetja pripravljena slediti tehnološkemu napredku področja menedžmenta človeških virov, saj z uporabo ustreznih orodij pridobivanja pritegnejo kvalificiran kader s katerim bodo dosegla večjo učinkovitost in konkurenčnost. Diplomsko delo tako preučuje spremembo procesa pridobivanja kadrov z vpeljavo e-orodij ter priložnosti in tveganja, ki se lahko pojavijo ob uporabi e-pridobivanja kadrov. Analiza je opravljena na primeru petih podjetij različnih panog - pri tem nas zanimajo motivi podjetij za e-pridobivanje kadrov in učinki, ki jih ima e-način na pridobivanje kadrov.

Secondary abstract: A globally connected world and new technologies are rapidly changing the ways and possibilities of recruitment, which is crucial for the successful operation of a company. Getting the right employees is one of the most important activities of human resource management. New ways of recruitment require that companies are ready to follow the technological progress in the field of human resource management, consequently they will attract qualified employees to achieve greater efficiency and competitiveness. The thesis thus examines the changing process of recruitment through the introduction of e-tools and the opportunities and risks that may arise when using e-recruitment. The analysis is based on the example of five companies from different sectors - we are interested in the motives of companies for using e-recruitment and the effects of it on recruitment as a whole.
