Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili načrtovane plesne dejavnosti, v integraciji z matematiko v predšolskem obdobju. Želeli smo ugotoviti in raziskati, kakšne so možnosti integracije plesa in matematike v drugem starostnem obdobju. V diplomskem delu smo v teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela predstavili značilnosti plesa v predšolskem obdobju, predstavili smo učenje in učne pristope, otroško igro, pomen igre za otrokov razvoj, osnovne značilnosti igre in vrste otroških iger. Dotaknili smo se področja matematike v predšolskem obdobju, spoznavanje in učenje matematike skozi igro, vsebinska področja matematike, ki jih otroci spoznavajo pri zgodnjem učenju matematike. Posebej smo v teoretičnem delu poudarili integracijo plesa in matematike v predšolskem obdobju, matematične cilje, ki jih lahko s pomočjo plesnih dejavnosti uresničujemo in vlogo vzgojitelja pri načrtovanju plesnih dejavnosti v povezavi z matematiko. V praktičnem delu smo na osnovi osnovnih teoretičnih izhodišč pripravili osem priprav, ki vključujejo plesne dejavnosti v integraciji z matematiko in jih izvedli v vrtcu. Na podlagi evalvacij, smo ugotovili, da se področje plesa in matematike odlično medsebojno integrirata in da obstaja veliko možnosti, kako pripraviti raznolike dejavnosti v integraciji s plesom in matematiko v predšolskem obdobju. Otroci so v plesnih dejavnostih v integraciji z matematiko spoznavali pojem števila, geometrijo in prostorsko orientacijo.

Secondary title: Integrating dance and mathematics in the preschool period
Secondary abstract: Planned dance activities integrating with mathematics in the preschool period are presented in the thesis. We wanted to ascertain and explore the possibilities of integrating dance and mathematics with the second age group and through these activities introduce children the concept of number, geometry and spatial orientation. Different learning approaches used when working with children and the importance of play for children's development have been introduced in the theoretical part of the thesis. Characteristics of dance and mathematics in the preschool period have been defined. Integration of these two fields has been pointed out deriving from mathematical goals that can be achieved through dance activities. Eight lesson plans were made in the practical part based on fundamental theoretical starting points. All of them included dance activities integrating with mathematics and were carried out in kindergarten. Our evaluations of educational work led us to a conclusion that dance and mathematics are well interconnected. There are numerous opportunities to prepare a variety of dance activities in integration with mathematics which have positive effects on overall development of preschool children.
