Abstract

Delodajalci si velikokrat zaradi pomanjkanja ustreznega kadra na lokalnem trgu pomagajo z zaposlovanjem tujcev. Pri tem se srečujejo s številnimi izzivi, kot so trajanje postopka pridobitve pravne podlage za zaposlitev tujca, jezikovne ovire ter ustreznost samega selekcijskega postopka za zadrževanje novo zaposlenih v podjetju. Proces zaposlovanja tujcev je dolgotrajen in odvisen od različnih državnih institucij, zato je zaradi vloženih virov toliko večjega pomena ustreznost izbranih kadrov. Ugotovili smo, da je faza postopka zaposlovanja v Podjetju X, ki je za kandidate najtežja, obdobje pred pričetkom dela in sicer čakanje na pravno podlago za zaposlitev tujca, predvsem zaradi dolgotrajnosti postopka. Pojasnili smo zakaj sta elementa selekcijskega postopka, ki pripomoreta k znižanju stopnje fluktuacije realna predstavitev zahtev delovnega mesta in delovni preizkus. Postopkovno je proces zaposlovanja in selekcije kadrov v Podjetju X že optimiziran, možnosti za izboljšavo pa se kažejo predvsem pri integraciji tujcev v delovno okolje (tečaj slovenskega jezika). Rezultat zaključnega dela je izdelana analiza faz selekcijskega postopka Podjetja X.

Secondary abstract: Due to the lack of suitable resources in the local market, employers often help themselves by employing foreigners. In doing so, they face a number of challenges, such as the duration of the process of obtaining a legal basis for the employment of a foreigner, language barriers and the adequacy of the selection procedure itself for retaining new employees in the company. The process of employing foreigners is time-consuming and depends on various state institutions, which is why the adequacy of selected staff is all the more important due to the resources invested. We found out that the phase of employment process in Company X which is the most difficult for the candidates, is the period before starting work, namely waiting for the legal basis for the employment of a foreigner due to the length of the procedure itself. We explained why the elements of the selection process that help to reduce the rate of employment turnover are a realistic presentation of job requirements in job interview and in a work test. Gradually, the process of recruitment and selection of staff in Company X has already been optimized and the possibilities for improvement are shown mainly in the integration of foreigners into the work environment or. induction process (Slovenian language course). The result of the final work is a complete analysis of the phases of the selection process of Company X.
