diplomsko delo

Abstract

Secondary title: ǂThe ǂcomparative analysis of business environment of Australia and South Africa
Secondary abstract: International business is inevitable for most companies today. Companies analyse business environments of foreign markets to correctly decide which markets to enter and to lower the risks in international business. This can be done according to the PESTLE analysis model, presented in this diploma thesis, and used for the analyses of the business environments of Australia and South Africa. Australia is a highly developed economy, while South Africa is a smaller emerging economy with great potential. Both countries have advantages as well as disadvantages, which we identify in their more detailed analysis by key indicators, followed by the comparative analysis. We conclude the diploma thesis with starting points for international marketers and the conclusion, in which we briefly summarize our findings.
