Abstract

Diplomska naloga je rezultat dela, ki sem ga opravljal na praktičnem usposabljanju pri podjetju Modic metal. Cilj naloge je bil skonstruirati in izdelati hidravlični mehanizem kopalne ploščadi za jahto Azimut 55. Modeliranje je potekalo v programskem paketu SolidWorks. Prikazan in opisan je celoten postopek dela, od spoznavanja lastnosti jahte, določitve zahtev v zahtevniku, izbire primernega materiala in primerne zaščite pred morsko vodo, izbire hidravličnih komponent,krmiljenja sistema, modeliranja, delovanja, načrtovanja montaže, pa vse do izdelave tehniške dokumentacije.

Secondary abstract: The diploma is the result of the work I did on a practical training at the company Modic metal. The goal was to design and fabricate a hydraulic mechanism for swim platform for the yacht Azimut 55. Modeling of mechanism was made in the SolidWorks software package. There is presented and described the work process, from learning about the characteristics of the yacht, determining the requirements, selecting the appropriate materials and basic protection against sea water, selecting hydraulic components, system control, modeling, operation, installation planning and technical documentation.
