Abstract

Notranja javnost je prisotna v vseh organizacijah, ne glede na velikost ali predmet poslovanja. Pogosto pa je ta zapostavljena, saj vodstvo ne prepozna njenega pomena. Glavni namen magistrskega dela je pojasniti, kakšno vlogo ima sistem notranjega komuniciranja kot pomembne dejavnosti managerjev pri uspešnosti organizacije. S komuniciranjem izmenjujemo informacije, znanje in izkušnje. V empiričnem delu naloga prikazuje notranje komuniciranje in s tem povezane probleme s katerimi se srečujejo v Domu upokojencev Podbrdo. Le-ti nastajajo predvsem zaradi sloga vodenja in zaradi slabe vertikalne komunikacije v zavodu. V zaključku so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, s katero smo potrdili, da komuniciranje med zaposlenimi (horizontalna komunikacija) in komuniciranje med podrejenimi in nadrejenimi (vertikalna komuikacija) v organizaciji vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: Internal public is present in all organisations regardless of their size or operation. Often it is neglected as the management fails to recognise its value. The main purpose of this post-graduate paper is to explain the role of the system of internal communication as an important manager activity in the success of the organisation. By communicating we exchange information, knowledge and experience. In the empirical part the paper presents internal communication and related problems present in the Podbrdo retirement home. The problems are mainly the cause of the management style or poor vertical communication within the institution. In the conclusion I present the results of my research with which I confirmed that communication between the employees (horizontal communication) and communication between the inferior and superior positions (vertical communication) within the organisation affects the contentment of the employees.
