Abstract

V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni stroj za karbonizacijo pijač, njegova zgradba in njegovo delovanje ter proces karbonizacije na splošno. Predstavljene so mehanske in električne komponente, kot so krmilnik B&R, digitalno in analogno vhodno-izhodne, napajalne in temperaturne modularne kartice, panel in aktuatorji ter senzorji, ki so uporabljeni na stroju. Prikazani so zgradba in delo s programom Automation Studio, ustvarjanje novega projekta, konfiguracija projekta in osnov programskega jezika Automation Basic. Na koncu so opisani programi za proizvodnjo in CIP program ter program, ki se uporablja za meritev višine volumna produkta v zalogovniku.

Secondary abstract: The bachelor’s thesis presents a machine for carbonation of beverages, its structure and its operation, and the process of carbonization in general. Mechanical and electrical components, such as B&R controller, digital and analog input-output, power and temperature modular cards, panel and actuators, and sensors used on the machine are presented. The structure and work with the Automation Studio program, the creation of a new project, the configuration of the project, and the basics of the Automation Basic programming language are presented. Finally, the production programs and the CIP program, and the program used to measure the height of the product volume in the storage tank are described.
