Abstract

Diplomsko delo je analiza doživljanja stresa strokovnih sodelavcev na področju zaposlovanja na Uradu za delo Novo mesto, kjer se srečujejo z velikim prilivom brezposelnih oseb in iskalcev zaposlitve, ki so ostali brez stalnega vira dohodka. Stiska brezposelnih oseb se odraža tudi v večjih psihičnih obremenitvah delavcev na uradih za delo. Povečane obremenitve na delovnem mesu predstavljajo pomemben stresni dejavnik za zaposlene, kar se kaže na splošnem slabem počutju, izgorelosti, pogostejši utrujenosti in težavah v duševnem zdravju, kar ima za posledico povečano osotnost z dela. Pozornost v diplomskem deluje namenjena dejavnikom tveganja, ki povečujejo nezadovoljstvo med zaposlenimi in nezmožnost obvladovanja nastale situacije. S kvalitativno analizo podatkov bomo skušali odgovoriti na vprašanji, ali je povečanje števila brezposelnih oseb razlog za to, da so strokovni sodelavci s področja zaposlovanja vse bolj pod vplivom stresa na delovnem mestu in kaj lahko svetovalcem zaposlitve pomaga pri premagovanju stresa in pri reševanju nastalega problema.

Secondary abstract: The dissertation is a reflection of the analysis of the current condition of the professional workers in the field of employment in the Labor Office in Novo mesto, where they face large inflow of unemployed people and job-seekers without a permanent source of income. The distress of the unemployed people is presenting a large burden for the employees in the Labor office, as it increases the stress levels which increase on a daily basis and is being reflected in feeling unwell, increased number of sick absence, frazzle, depression and incessant fatigue, which is further reflected in their work also, because no one is immune to the increase of psychological strain. This has been proven by research which shows that the global crisis is of large dimensions affecting all areas of society. Special attention is given to risk factors, as these are increasing dissatisfaction among employees and the inability of coping with the situation at hand. With the qualitative data analysis, we wil ltry to answer the question whether the increase in the number of unemployed persons is the reason that the professional workers in the field of employment are more and more underthe influence of stress in the workplace and what can help them to overcome the stress and to solve this problem.
