Abstract

Tvegana igra je opredeljena kot vznemirljiva in zahtevna oblika igre, ki lahko vključuje telesne poškodbe in je tesno povezana z otrokovim razvojem ter koristmi za zdravje otrok. Koncept tvegane igre otrokom predstavlja naravni in pomemben del življenja. Vendar pa veliko vzgojiteljev in učiteljev takšne oblike igre v vzgojno-izobraževalnih ustanovah ne spodbuja in jo obravnavajo kot nevarno obliko igre. Ta nenaklonjenost tvegani igri otrokom onemogoča, da bi se soočili in naučili dragocenih lekcij. Diplomsko delo Vloga tvegane igre za gibalno prakso predšolskih otrok se osredotoča na analizo in primerjavo različnih raziskav na temo tvegane igre in na podlagi teh spoznanj predstavlja praktične smernice za spodbujanje in uporabo tvegane igre na področju gibanja. Pomembno je, da v predšolskem obdobju otrokom ponudimo priložnosti, kjer ni vnaprej določenih korakov; pomembno je, da se osredotočimo na celoten postopek in ne na končni rezultat.

Secondary title: The role of risky play for motor performance of preschool children
Secondary abstract: Risky play is defined as exciting and challenging forms of play that can involve physical injury and are closely related to a child%s development and health benefits. The concept of risky play is a natural and important part of a child's life. However, many pre-school and school teachers do not encourage these forms of play in educational institutions, and treat them as dangerous. This aversion to risky play makes it impossible for children to confront with it and learn valuable lessons from it. The thesis on The Role of Risky Play for Motor Performance of Preschool Children analyzes and compares various research on risky play and presents, based on the findings, practical guidelines to encourage and use risky play in movement activities. It emphasizes that it is important to offer pre-school children opportunities to move without pre-determined constraints; it is important to focus on the entire process, not just on end results.
