Abstract

Vstop mladih na trg dela je ključna faza prehoda iz obdobja mladosti v obdobje odraslosti. Mladi se v današnjih časih srečujejo z veliko težavami, ki se dotikajo vstopa na trg dela in ustvarjanja kariere. Iz tega izhaja naše področje raziskovanja. V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali naslednja področja: trg dela mladih, brezposelnost mladih, možnosti razvoja kariere mladih iz Goriških brdin dejavnike, ki vplivajo na razvoj kariere. Ker so nas zanimala tako teoretična znanja s področja trga dela, brezposelnosti in kariere mladih v Sloveniji kot tudi konkreten primer mladih iz Goriškihbrd, smo diplomsko nalogo razdelili na več delov. V prvem delu smo se seznanili s teoretičnimi dejstvi pri obravnavi ključnih pojmov diplomske naloge. Obravnavali smo tako trg dela, brezposelnost mladih na trgu dela in kariero. Najprej smo splošno obrazložili trg dela, priložnosti in tveganja na trgu dela, delovanje trga dela, opisali smo trg dela v Sloveniji ter položaj mladih na trgu dela. V naslednjem koraku smo definirali pojem brezposelnosti in opisali splošno stanje brezposelnosti v Sloveniji ter stanje mladih na področju brezposelnosti v Sloveniji. Kot zadnje smo obravnavali pojem kariere, opisali njen postopek razvijanja in načrtovanja. V empiričnem delu naloge smo ugotavljali splošno oceno mladih iz Goriških brd glede njihovega položaja na trgu dela RS,njihovo presojo o kariernih možnostih na trgu dela v RS in njihovo oceno o vplivu izobrazbe, delovnih izkušenj in kraja bivanja na razvoj njihove karierne poti. Uporabljali smo strukturirane intervjuje, ki smo jih opravili med osmimi mladimi iz Goriških brd. Rezultati, pridobljeni z intervjuji, so nam pokazali, da je splošna ocena mladih glede njihovega položaja na trgu dela zelo negativna, kljub temu pa vidijo neko možnost napredovanja in ustvarjanja kariere.

Secondary abstract: A key stage in the transition from youth to adulthood is when young people enter the labor market. Young people nowadays face a lot of problems that touches the entry into the labor market and making a career. It follows our field of research. In this thesis, we address the following areas: labor market, young people, youth unemployment, career development opportunities of young people from Goriška brda and factors that influence the development of their careers. We were interested in both, the theoretical knowledge of the labor market, unemployment and career of young people in Slovenia as well as a concrete example of young people from Goriška brda. Our thesis is divided into several parts. In the first part we learn theoretical facts. We dealt with the labor market, youth unemployment in the labor market and career. First, we explain the general labor market opportunities and risks in the labor market, labor market performance, we describe the labor market in Slovenia and the situation of youth in the labor market. In the next step we define the concept of unemployment and describe the overall state unemployment rate in Slovenia and the situation of young people unemployment in Slovenia. Finally, we discussed the concept of career, described her process of developing and planning. In the empirical part of the study we found an overall assessment of young people from Goriška brda regarding their labor market position in Slovenia, their judgment about career opportunities in the labor market in Slovenia and their assessment of the impact of education, work experience and place of residence on the development of their career. We used structured interviews that included eight young people from Goriška brda. Results obtained from interviews have shown us that the overall assessment of the situation of young people on the labor market is very negative, however, they see an opportunity and a career progression.
