Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan razvoj tiskanega vezja za krmilnik brezkrtačnega motorja z namenom uporabe v pralnem stroju. Razvito tiskano vezje omogoča kasnejši razvoj najzahtevnejših algoritmov krmiljenja motorja, saj ima možnost merjenja toka skozi faze motorja z upori »Shunt« kot tudi z merjenjem toka preko razširjanja magnetnega polja skozi vodnike, povezane na faze motorja. Omogoča tudi zaznavanje položaja rotorja preko inkrementalnega dajalnika in senzorja, ki daje na izhod sinusni in kosinusni signal v odvisnosti od položaja. Omogočena je tudi povezava z računalnikom preko CAN, Ethernet ali RS232 komunikacije.

Secondary abstract: This diploma work describes the development of an embedded system for brushless motors with the purpose of use in washing machines. A developed printed circuit board enables the development of the most advanced methods and algorithms for controlling and regulating brushless direct current motors. It have two options for measuring current thru phases of motor and two options for detecting angle position of rotor of motor. It also has three options for connecting with a PC or other devices.
