Abstract

V sklopu diplomskega dela sem skupaj s podjetjem NIEROS Metal d.o.o. obravnaval problem reorganizacije dela njihove proizvodnje. V prvem delu diplomske naloge sem se osredotočil predvsem na teoretične osnove, ki sem jih spoznaval tekom dosedanjega študija, v nadaljevanju pa sem pridobljeno znanje uporabil za reševanje realnega problema. Naloga temelji na premestitvi in obnovi zastarelega dela proizvodnje, ki je podjetju predstavljal nepotrebne dodatne stroške, neizkoriščen prostor ter daljše pretočne čase proizvodov. Svoje ideje in rešitve sem prikazal s tlorisnimi in 3D načrti, za skladišča pa sem predstavil tudi dva sistema za bolj organizirano in sistematično vodenje zalog.

Secondary abstract:	In my bachelor's thesis, I cooperated with the company NIEROS Metal d.o.o. to address the problem of reorganizing part of their production. In the beginning of the diploma thesis, I focused mainly on the theoretical foundations, acquired during my studies. In the second part I used that knowledge to solve a realistic problem of production reorganization. My task was based on relocation and restoration of the obsolete part of the production, which presented the company with unnecessary additional costs, unused space, and longer product lead times. I also presented my ideas and solutions with floor and 3D plans. For certain warehouses, I also presented two systems for more organized and systematic inventory management.
