Abstract

Diplomska naloga v začetni fazi obravnava teoretično osnovno MAG varjenja ter podrobneje obravnava kovinsko polnjeno brezšivno žico proizvajalca Böhler, ter navaja prednosti žice, ki ima vsebnost difuzijskega vodika manjšo od 2ml/100g varka. Obravnavana so prav tako visokotrdnostna drobno zrnata jekla in njihov pomen za strojništvo. V drugi fazi naloge je opisano in prikazano praktičen postopek MAG varjenja visokotrdnostnega drobno zrnatega jekla S960 QL s prej omenjeno žico. Temu delu sledijo trdnostne analize in pridobitev WPQR.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis in the initial phase deals with the theoretical basi cof MAG welding and deals in more detail with metal-cored seamless wire from Böhler, and states the advantages of wire with diffusion hydrogen content of less than 2ml/100g weld. Highstregth fine-grained steels and their importance for mechanical engineering are also discussed. In the second phase of the thesis, the practical procedure od MAG welding of highstrength fine-grained steel S960 QL with the aforementioned wire is described and shown. This work is followed by strength analyzes and WPQR acquisition.
