Abstract

V drugem delu zaključnega dela pa bomo primerjali izdelavo preprostega plastičnega izdelka bodisi s tehnologijo 3D-tiska bodisi s tehnologijo tlačnega ulivanja plastike.

Secondary title: Environmental impact of 3D printing technology
Secondary abstract: In this paper, we will evaluate environmental impact of most used 3D printing technologies, used both for building plastic and metalic parts. We will evaluate each individual 3D printing technology on basis of waste material and hazardous fumes producemnet, power consumption, options of waste material and used products recycling and more. In the second part of the paper we will compare the production of one simple plastic cap with either the technology of injection moulding of plastic or technology of 3D printing. We will compare the cost associated with each technology and the time that each technology needs to produce the part.
