Abstract

V magistrskem delu je predstavljen problem zamudnega procesa ročne izdelave izdelkov SWAN Slovenija. V uvodnem delu je opisana analiza in pregled obstoječega stanja ter predstavljen zahtevnik, ki ga je potrebno izpolniti. Predstavljene so konceptne rešitve, ki so bile pridobljene z uporabo različnih metod iskanja idej in izbira ustrezne. Sledi predstavitev naprave za pospešitev izdelave izdelkov, ki smo jo v postopku koncipiranja zmodelirali. V nadaljevanju je opisana analiza kinematike, izdelava komponent, montaža naprave in izboljšan postopek izdelave izdelkov z novimi predvidenimi časi. V zadnjem delu je predstavljen zagonski elaborat projekta, v katerem so definirani vsi ključni gradniki za uspešno izveden projekt.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the problem of the time-consuming manual production process of SWAN Slovenia products. In the introductory part, an analysis and overview of the existing situation is described and the requirements that the device must meet are presented. Conceptual solutions which were obtained using different methods of searching for ideas and selecting the appropriate one are also presented. This is followed by a presentation of a device for speeding up the production of products, which has been 3D modelled in the process of conceptualisation. The analysis of the kinematics, the manufacturing of the components, the assembly of the device and the improved product manufacturing process with the new predicted times are also specified. In the last part, the project start-up study is presented in which all the key elements for a successful project are defined.
