Abstract

Brezposelnost v Sloveniji narašča, kar lahko pripišemo trenutni recesiji in propadu nekaterih podjetij. Brezposelnost med mladimi se v Sloveniji sicer zmanjšuje, vendar predstavlja še vedno problem, ki ga rešuje ne samo Slovenija, ampak tudi vsa Evropa. Mladi so problematična skupina brezposelnih zato, ker na trg delovne sile vstopajo brez delovnih izkušenj, ki so za delodajalce zelo pomembne, in zaradi pomanjkanja le-teh, so mladi težje zaposljivi. Iskanje zaposlitve je za marsikoga težaven, naporen ter stresen proces. Zato je bilo glavno vodilo diplomskega dela vprašanje, kako se s temi težavami sooča nekdo, ki je ravnokar zaključil šolanje in ki na trg delovne sile vstopa brez delovnih izkušenj. Diplomsko delo obsega teoretični in raziskovalni del. V teoretičnem delu smo najprej opredelili mladost in delo. Nato smo razložili sestavo trga dela in podrobneje obravnavali brezposelnost. Teoretični del smo zaključili s poglavjem Metode iskanja zaposlitve, v katerem smo našteli najpogostejše metode, ki se jih poslužujejo iskalci zaposlitve. V raziskovalnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika ugotavljali ali bi se bili mladi pripravljeni prekvalificirati, če v svojem poklicu ne bi našli zaposlitve oziroma ali bi bili pripravljeni sprejeti delo, ki ne ustreza njihovi izobrazbi ter koliko časa in kako aktivni mladi, zaradi vseh zgoraj navedenih težav, iščejo zaposlitev in preko katerih zaposlitvenih kanalov jo iščejo.

Secondary abstract:	The unemployment in Slovenia is rising, which can be ascribed to momentary recession and decline of some companies. Unemployment among young people is nevertheless in Slovenia decreasing, but it’s still a problem, that is solved not only in Slovenia, but also in the whole Europe. Young people are the problematic group of the unemployed because they’re entering the labor market without any work experience, which are for the employers essential, and because of the lack of it, young people are more difficult to employ. Searching for a job is for many difficult, hard and stressful process. Therefore the main theme of my diploma was the question how a person, who has been entering the labor market without any working experience, is dealing with these problems. The diploma contains: the theoretical and the research part. In the theoretical part the labor and the group, which is considered as young people, has been determined. Further the content of the labor market has been explained, with the emphasis of the unemployment. The theoretical part has been concluded with the chapter ''The methods of job searching'', where the most common methods, which are used by job searchers, have been explained. In the research part of the diploma we have tried to establish (with the questionnaire) whether young people would be willing to retrain in case when they couldn’t find a job suitable for their profession or, as the case may be, would they be willing to accept the job that’s not suitable for their qualifications and for how long and how are they looking for job and through which channels. The results of the research were the basis for the propositions to improve current situation.
