    Abstract
 
Uvod: Učinkovito klinično vodenje je bistveno za kakovostno oskrbo, ki zagotavlja varnost in učinkovitost oskrbe. Namen te študije je bil ugotoviti in analizirati, ali obstaja povezava med različnimi stili vodenja in kakovostnim zdravstvenim varstvom.
Metode: Opravljen  je  bil  sistematični  pregled  literature.  Iskanje  literature  je  potekalo  junija  2021  po podatkovnih bazah PubMed, Science Direct in Web of Sciences. Uporabljene so bile naslednje ključne besede v angleškem jeziku: Leadership styles, Healthcare and a Quality. Uporabljen  je  bil  Boolov  operator  IN  in ALI.  Iz  iskalnega  nabora  5197 zadetkov je bilo v končno analizo vključenih 11 člankov. 
Rezultati: Rezultat te študije so pokazali, da je bil prevladujoč stil vodenja transformacijski slog.  Oblikovani sta bilo 2 vsebinski kategoriji: (1) pozitivni učinki  in, (2) škodljivi učinki na kakovost zdravstvenega varstva. Med transformacijskim stilom vodenja in kakovostnim zdravstvenim varstvom obstaja pomemben in pozitiven odnos.
Razprava in sklep: Med stili vodenja in kakovostjo zdravstvenega varstva je bilo ugotovljeno neposredno razmerje. Transformacijski, transakcijski in laissez-faire stili vodenja so pomembni, vendar na različne načine vplivajo na kakovost oskrbe.

            | Secondary abstract: | Introduction: Effective clinical leadership is essential to high-quality care that ensures the safety and effectiveness of care. This study aimed to identify and analyse whether there is a relationship between different leadership styles and quality healthcare.
Methodology: : A  systematic  review  of  the  literature  was  conducted.  The  research  was  done  in  june 2021  the  following  databases:  PubMed , Science Direct and Web of Science.  The  following  keywords  in  English  were used: Leadership styles, Healthcare, and Quality. The Boolean AND and OR operator was used. From the total of 5197 results, 11 articles were included in the final analysis.
Results: This study demonstrates that the transformational leadership stayle was dominant leadership style. Two content categories were developed: (1) the positive effects of leadership style and (2) the adverse effects of leadership style on quality heathcare. There is a significant and positive relationship between transformational leadership style and quality healthcare.
Discussion and conclusion: A direct relationship was determined between leadership styles and the quality of healthcare. Transformational, transactional and laissez-faire leadership styles are important, but affect the quality of care in different ways. |
